Every Tuesday and Thursday, we have a parkour jam and training @ Cebu City Sports Complex (Abellana) in the afternoon headed by Jason and Jandong. Anyone is free to attend the said jam. They are also willing to teach you parkour.

We will post ASAP our contact details so that you will be informed on our auto jams.

Sorry for the late info, but jason and jandong isn't available anymore during thursdays and tuesdays. but this doesn't mean that you won't be able to train. keep training, even by yourself to further improve your skills.

also, for an add-on info, the new Abellana training sked will be Sundays, 3pm.
